When exactly is a credit charged?
Only when a verification is APPROVED. Declined, in-review and errored verifications never consume credit — a review case is billed once, and only if a reviewer resolves it to approved. A full KYC — document, liveness, face match and screening — costs 15 credits, $0.15.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire and there are no monthly minimums — your balance simply stays on the account until you use it.

What payment methods do you accept?
Top-ups are paid in cryptocurrency through our hosted payment provider: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and 100+ other coins are accepted. You are quoted in USD, pay in whichever coin you choose, and credits land on your balance automatically once the payment confirms on-chain. Card payments are not available yet. The minimum top-up is $15.
What counts as an approved verification?
All requested checks completed and the decision engine returned APPROVED, with reason codes attached. Anything ambiguous routes to the human review queue and is charged only if the reviewer approves it.
