When exactly is a credit charged?
Only when a verification is APPROVED. Declined, in-review and errored verifications never consume a credit — a review case is billed once, and only if a reviewer resolves it to approved. A full KYC — document, liveness, face match and screening — is one credit at $0.15.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire and there are no monthly minimums — your balance simply stays on the account until you use it.

What payment methods do you accept?
Top-ups are currently paid in USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20) — credits are added automatically after on-chain confirmation. Card payments via Stripe are coming soon. The minimum top-up is $15.
What counts as an approved verification?
All requested checks completed and the decision engine returned APPROVED, with reason codes attached. Anything ambiguous routes to the human review queue and is charged only if the reviewer approves it.
